We assure you the replacement of any laptop purchased from us Within 7 days of its purchase.
 
Replacement Terms & Conditions:
1. Customer should carry all the accessories, documents and warranty cards along with the laptop.
2. Laptops should not have any kind of physical damages, burns & Scratches.
3. All licenses software’s & original recoveries of the OS should be there as it is which are preloaded.
4. House Of Laptops is not responsible for any kind of data & virus issues in replacement
5. Do not install any extra licensed/pirated software (e.g. OS, Antivirus) within 7 days.
6. Do not register or activate preloaded licensed software within 7 Days.
7. The exchange value should be same as the invoice value; if less than the invoice amount, the balance amount will not be refundable it will be forfeited.
8. House of Laptops will not do any kind of DATA transfer if it is there in the machine.
9. Replacement shall be done only with the machines which are readily available or in stocks.
10. In case of using the 7 Day Replacement window, customers won’t be entitled for any offers which might have been running when he made his purchase. Such a decisions solely fall under HoL’s discretion.
11. The offer is valid from the day of invoice or delivery.
 
On-Site Support
 
We assure you the On-site Support for any laptop purchased from House of Laptops.
 
Onsite Terms & Conditions:
1. Customer needs to be registered on House Of Laptops official website.
2. For on-site support customer needs to log a call at support@houseoflaptops.com or contact 9657714023.
3. Customer support lines & site visits will be available from Monday to Friday 11:00am to 6:00pm.
4. Service will be attended on next business day.
5. Customer can Log maximum eight calls in twelve months.
6. We will endeavor to correct any problems via remote access and telephone methods before attending site.
7. Services not included repeat installations of O.S, software development and consultancy.
8. If your hardware is faulty and under warranty we will endeavor to liaise with the equipment manufacturer on your behalf.
9. You must give access at the time of the agreed visit. Failure to do so may require in us charging for the missed appointment.
10. We are not liable for failures in any of the supported applications and operating systems. We recommend that you perform regular backups as we cannot accept any liability for loss or corruption of your data.
11. On-site Service is only available in Pune and PCMC Limits.
12. Support beyond the boundaries will be charged extra as per distance of traveling.
13. House of laptop will not install or support any illegal software.
14. On-site support is valid for new purchase w.e.f. from June 13, 2009.
